| ②Marketing Executive | ・To liase with Shopping Malls personnel on the promotion events organized by them. ・To handle and in-charge of yearly marketing plans with Watami Hong Kong Regional office ・To co-ordinate and In-charge of the advertisements with WATTENTION Japanese Magazine. ・To liase with designers and printing companies on the marketing advertisements. ・To handle of new menu printings and arrange to the outlets in-charge. ・To handle customer services related duties and assignments given by Managing Director. |
| ③HR Officer | ・Assists in data entry and payroll processing & recruitment. ・Communicate with operations personnel for payroll related issues. ・Handle inter-company schedules and reconciliation. ・Assist in month-end closing of payroll reports. ・Participates in development of company’s training programs, compensation, staff welfare. ・Design project plans that involves analysis of cost, benefits, work schedule etc. ・Perform other related HR duties as assigned. |
